The Chariot — The Major Arcana

The word Arcana comes from the Latin word Arcanum, which represents a sacred secret or mystery that one must discover. The Chariot is related to the Major Arcana and signifies major life lessons you’ll learn on this path, that of mastering emotional control.

The secret paths of the Major Arcana represent the journey of the Fool, in which the Fool learns new lessons with every step of the way and overcomes obstacles and gains wisdom from lessons learned.

The Chariot — Emotional Endings and New Emotional Beginnings

The path of the Chariot represents the soldier who makes his rank and graduates from Boot Camp. The Charioteer leaves Boot Camp with the Eye of the Tiger, ready and prepared for anything that life throws at him.

Chiron Turns Direct — November 27, 2015

On Friday, November 27, 2015, Chiron (the wounded healer) returns to direct motion after being in retrograde motion since June 24, 2015.

Retrograde motion is the time when the wounds of the past are turned inwards and your spirit weeps!

If you went through something during the retrograde phase, you probably refused to deal with it or you couldn’t deal with it because it was too painful.

Now you might be ready to deal with the painful experience and do the hard work to put yourself back on solid ground!

You see, Chiron orbits between the planets of Saturn (hard work) and Uranus (the awakener).

Saturn is related to karma, restrictions, lessons to learn and sometimes bad luck.

Saturn makes you roll up your sleeves and do the hard work to solve your problems.

Uranus awakens you with insight to help you get out of a rut.

If you ignore the insight from Uranus, you’ll end up with more work to do to heal your wounds!

And you’re spirit will continue to weep.

The Ace of Wands — The Minor Arcana

The Ace of Wands is related to the Minor Arcana and represents the seeker’s choices and actions throughout the realization of his or her destiny.

The Wands represent the spark plugs of the Tarot and the spark of creativity and the birth of an idea.

The Wand Archetypes are oriented toward action, growth and the realization of dreams.

These archetypes are associated with new courses that will further the development of careers, new ventures, and creativity driven by a desire to move forward with no fear of making changes.

The Wands are also connected to the burning furnace of passion and sexuality within that seeks and desires to be loved.

The Aces are the “Controlling Cards” in my deck. The Ace of Wands controls your path and represents where you are headed, into a new beginning.

This card indicates a seed of action that is growing, and there are unformulated changes that you want to make to jump-start this new beginning. This is the time when you will feel like someone lit your action torch and gave you a thumbs up!

The Hierophant — The Trusted Shaman

The Hierophant is a trusted guide, mentor, shaman, priest, doctor, counselor or lawyer that comes in your life. You might need to connect to the Hierophant to heal from a painful or challenging time of your life or you might hear the inner call from above guiding you, to work in a career to help others or to work in a career of spirituality.

“I am ruled by the zodiac sign of Taurus. I represent higher spirituality and the rules and vows that are connected to society and tradition. You need to understand that tradition doesn’t change, and if you try to change the rules or break them, you may be shunned!”
